Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will do our best to assist you.
